Founder and CEO
Jamie founded GoFAR at the end of 9th grade and is currently an 11th grader at BU Academy High School in Boston, MA.
As CEO, Jamie is in the driver’s seat in everything — from fund raising, to finding meaningful research projects to support, to building a website — except for activities that he is not allowed to participate in since he is officially under age (i.e. legal and accounting matters).
He has been invited to publish 3 times since he turned 16 (see home page for details). He has also completed an internship at an Autism Treatment center in Dubai, for which he completed 40 hours of Applied Behavior Analysis training in autism spectrum disorders, and worked with young autistic children. In addition to his involvement with autism therapy and research, Jamie is a skilled computer programmer, an expert skier, an accomplished piano player, and a karate practitioner. He is also an avid football follower.
